EPL, FA Cup, and Copa del Rey Preview!

We are in for yet another exciting week with action coming from multiple competitions! Have a look at what we are keeping our eye on this week!

Arsenal vs Everton

Arsenal returned to consistent form as they followed up on a 4-2 victory against Aston Villa with a 1-0 victory over Leicester City. Now sitting at the summit with 57 points, the Gunners can use this game in hand over City to their advantage and extend their lead to 5 points yet again. Unfortunately, Everton has already gotten the best of them this season with a 1-0 win, but their recent run might indicate a different result.

Everton has continued its` hit-and-miss form with a recent 2-0 defeat against Aston Villa. A gloomy statistic for the Toffees is they have won 2 games in their last 10 across all competitions and are also sitting in the drop zone in the Premier League. Although they have beaten Arsenal at the beginning of February, their inability to follow up on the performance and go on to lose 2 of the next 3, gives us little confidence that they can repeat the win. Before the recent game, 4 of their last 5 meetings ended with over 2.5 goals, therefore, we expect Arsenal to win on the day, and over 2.5 goals.

Manchester United vs West Ham

Manchester United extended the unbeaten streak to 10 games when they secured a 2-0 victory over Newcastle to lift the Carabao Cup. Securing their first silverware of the season, ten Hag`s boys will have the needed confidence to go on and challenge for more trophies. The Red Devils` attack has been a headache for their opponents as they`ve now scored 11 goals in the last 5 games in all competitions, which is unlikely to stop on Wednesday night considering they are facing a relegation-battling side.

West Ham`s relegation escape took a turn for the best after a 4-0 victory over Nottingham Forest, ending their 3-game winless streak. Although a cup tie brings out a knock-out hunger in the players, the Hammers have won just 1 of the last 5 games in which the 2 sides have met and just 1 of their last 20 visits to Old Trafford in all competitions. Considering that 5 of their last 6 games ended in low scores, we expect Manchester United to win, but under 2.5 goals.

Real Madrid vs Barcelona

Everybody loves an El Clasico. Real Madrid goes into the game on the back of a 1-1 draw against Atletico, ending their 5-game winning streak. Looking back at the quarterfinals, the Madridistas dispatched Atletico with a comfortable 3-1 victory and are now the heavy favourites against Barcelona. One thing for certain is we can expect a goal-packed evening on Thursday as all 5 of their last meetings in competitive bouts ended with over 2.5 goals.

Barcelona took another tumble after exiting the Europa League, losing 1-0 against Almeria in La Liga. Although considered an unstoppable force, it seems that the Catalonians have finally hit a roadblock, which can be a problem when facing Real Madrid. Nevertheless, Xavi has already managed to get the best of the capital outfit this season, knocking them out of the Super Cup back in January. Although it is difficult to pick a winner, El Clasico never disappoints, and we expect both teams to score  AND over 2.5 goals in the game.

We wish you a great betting week ahead.
